Corrosive mediums damage ordinary coating layers by moving along the interface between the molecule and filler or the interface among resin molecules. Nano-titanium polymer coatings block these passages
with chemical bonding and absorbing. It has strong capabilities of anti-permeation that dramatically reduces corrosion speed.
Titanium itself has excellent anticorrosion properties. The function of chemical bonding and absorbing prevents water, oxygen, and other corrosive mediums from their damaging effects.
When a metal substrate rust and corrodes, further prevention applied usually involves brushing three to four layers of epoxy paint (about 150-200 um). However, ONLY ONE layer (about 50-60um) of nano-titanium polymer coating is enough to achieve the SAME preventative effects.
This means that just one layer of nano-titanium polymer coatings can replace three to four layers of epoxy paint! The coating film of nano-titanium polymer can resist more than 1000 hours of manually accelerated aging test with no color change, no powdering, and no cracking.
Below is an experiment done on a metal substrate of SUS304, using 30% HCL concentration acid as the corrosive medium.

MERITS OF USE
Adhesive force (bonding strength, separation method) is stronger than epoxy or polyurethane coating
Anti-corrosion and anti-scaling properties make it very easy to clean. No scaling and corrosion will occur during long-term usage of water that contain high mineral and chlorine content under room temperature to 1200˚C
Wear-resistance has been tested and proven to be more effective than deck paint by 10 times
Heat-resistance is higher than competitors’ base resin paints by over 500˚C
Anti-permeability capabilities are stronger than epoxy paint of wet mica scale types by over 10 times
Excellent heat conduction, possessing double functions of heat absorption and heat conduction. Its coefficient falls within metallic ranges
Nano-titanium polymer is a UV absorber. It enhances the weather-resistance of epoxy resin exponentially. After 12 months exposure under the marine atmosphere conditions in Xiamen, China, the loss of gloss (gloss-losing) is Class 1 while powdering and cracking ranks at Class 0
In accelerated aging test for 1000 hours, the indices of these three items are all Class 0, far surpassing similar products of the samples provided by other paint companies
Nano-titanium polymers possess a disinfecting effect, prohibiting bacteria breeding and sticking and also resisting corrosion from sulfate-restoring bacteria
Due to high activity and high diffusion, the coating layer coats without missing any pinholes. Other coatings lack this vital feature.
It can be used as a primer and topcoat , making it very easy to use.
